BIRTHPARENT RELINQUISHMENT COUNSELING, ADOPTEE & STEPPARENT

Adoption Counseling and a court report is required by New Mexico law for anyone wanting to relinquish their parental rights and for anyone ten years of age or older who is being adopted.  It is also required for most step-parent adoptions.

ADOPTIVE FAMILY COUNSELING

Attachment-based family therapy services are available in English to families and children during adoptive placement periods and beyond. Therapy may be held in the office, in-home within the Albuquerque area,  or virtually. We do not take insurance, but session fees range from $100 down to $55 per hour based on financial need and we can provide a superbill if requested. Therapy is provided by Heidi Fleck, LMSW, who is supervised by Amanda Santiago, LISW.
