Parenting with Connection and Compassion

Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 6pm-7:30pm via Zoom

To register, please do the following no later than the previous day:
1) Submit your $10 registration fee here.
2) Email adopt@adoptionsplus.org with your name(s) and whether you need any CEUs (for mental health professionals).

You will receive the Zoom link prior to the class.

The ABC’s of Adoption – TBD

An overview of adoption to include: domestic and intercountry adoptions, ongoing importance of your child’s birth family and country of origin, meeting a birthparent, open adoption and what it really means, what to do while waiting, bonding and attachment and how to promote it, the effects of grief and loss on everyone, developmental issues of adoption; talking to your child about adoption; and answers to all of your questions.
